When working with customers, we are constantly learning about their needs and solving questions that arise. As a result, we have included a list of frequently asked questions along with answers to provide you with additional support. If your query is not resolved below, please contact us and we will provide you with the necessary information.

Are there any benefits for first time customers?

Sure. New customers get a 10% discount on their first window cleaning. If he becomes our regular client, he will always pay less than a one-time customer, as well as benefit from regular quarterly discounts of 5%.

What if I am not satisfied with the quality of the washed windows?

The work can be claimed within 24 hours from the end of the wash. Within a few hours of reporting, our technician will visit the customer to assess the validity of the complaint in question. If the complaint is found to be justified, the errors will be corrected as soon as possible, and the next window washing will be free of charge. And know that our technician is wise and fair (and always a little on the client's side).

Will you lower my shipping price if I live near your location?

​If the delivery address is not far from our place of business, you don't have to pay for shipping at all - shipping is free in that case.

Is it possible to combine the order according to the level of pollution?

Yes. If you have every window or side of the window otherwise dirty, it is possible to combine these areas and adjust the price accordingly.
