Information on the calculation of area and price
Price of window cleaning: 29 CZK/m² with VAT for normal pollution!
The amounts stated in the price list are for 1 square meter of one side of the window. One window is not a single window pane, but a window pane plus frames that are also washed. So the width and height of the window including the frame in the wall are measured. The product of the width and height of the window is multiplied by the number of washed walls.
Slatted window = two window sashes, i.e. 4 surfaces to wash.
A vacuum window usually has two glazings, which are 2 surfaces to wash.
The screw-down window has two panes, after dividing them, it has 4 surfaces to wash.
Calculation formula:
width x height x number of areas x price per 1m².
Example of calculating the price of a casement window measuring 130 x 140 cm: 1.3m x 1.4m x 4 surfaces x 29 CZK = 211 CZK.

The prices of window cleaning in Prague do not differ much from those in Pilsen or Ústí nad Labem, while our prices differ fundamentally from those of our competitors in Prague. Above all, they don't lie. We never increase the price agreed with the customer.

We offer one-off or regular window cleaning in common areas to owners of apartment buildings, housing cooperatives or associations of apartment unit owners.
The price for washing all windows in the corridors, including the glazing of the ground floor, starts from CZK 1,000 for one wash.
The final price is always determined individually, as it is influenced by several factors. The size of the order, the character of the object, the scope and frequency of work, the level of pollution, accessibility, as well as the specific need (idea) of the customer are decisive here.
